Currently, Campbell Property Management offers three convenient payment options for the majority of our residents*. You may either mail your check with your coupon to the Lockbox, you may enroll in our ACH Automated withdrawal program, or you may take advantage of our online credit card and E-Check payment system. ACH is an automatic transaction that allows Campbell to take your maintenance amount directly out of your bank account electronically every month. This takes all the headaches out of paying your maintenance; you will never have to worry about being late, sending in the wrong amount or having your check get lost in the mail ever again. If you would like to enroll in this convenient service please Download the ACH form today and fax it back to Campbell Property Management, attention accounts receivable @ 954-427-6692. You may also drop off your form in person or send it via traditional mail to the Deerfield Management Office.
